What counts as a duplicate bill
A duplicate bill is simply a fresh print of your current bill, pulled from MEPCO's own billing database. Because it comes from the official system, it carries exactly the same information as the paper copy the postman delivers — and it is accepted everywhere the original is: banks, JazzCash, Easypaisa and utility stores.
Get it from the official portal (recommended)
1
Look up your bill with your 14-digit reference number, exactly as described in our bill check guide.
2
Press Ctrl+P (or your browser's Print option) on the bill screen.
3
Choose "Save as PDF" to keep a digital copy, or send it to a printer for a physical duplicate.
Official bill portal: MEPCO's bill lookup runs on the PITC web-bill page linked from
mepco.com.pk.
Open official MEPCO bill page
Opens https://bill.pitc.com.pk/mepcobill in a new tab. This site never asks for or stores your reference number.
Other ways to get a duplicate
- MEPCO customer service centres can print a duplicate bill for you — bring your reference number or an old bill.
- Your sub-division office can help if your paper bill is late most months; MEPCO asks consumers to report chronic non-delivery there.
- The MEPCO SMART app (by PITC, on the Play Store / App Store) shows current and previous bills you can download as PDF.
Tip: after downloading, check that the bill number, billing month and payable amounts match what you expect before paying.
